I had a great stay at this hotel in Bloemfontein. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until I left. Secondly, the room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and there were a variety of options to choose from. I was impressed with the value for money and overall attention to detail at this hotel.
All was good, no improvements needed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in an upmarket area. The staff were friendly and professional, always ensuring that my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily sheet changes and an extra comfy bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities such as a mall. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
Just one small issue to note, but overall everything was satisfactory.

The guesthouse was beautiful, safe, and in a great location. The rooms were spacious and had excellent amenities like air conditioning and reliable internet. Neo and her staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The delicious English breakfast and helpful travel advice were a special touch. Highly recommended!
